Sale and Final Sale Items

All items on sale or tagged as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase.

If any of these items are sent back we will give you the option to pay to have the item shipped back to you or donated to a local charity. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days the item will be donated to a local charity.

Return Eligibility

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags as received.  Additionally, clothing must be free from any odors, including perfume, smoke, or pet scents, to qualify for a return.

Personal items such as underwear and bathing suit bottoms must have the original protective liner intact.

Gift Cards

Gift cards from BlissFull Experiences Boutique are a wonderful way to share the joy of Colombian fashion. However, please note that we do not exchange or provide refunds or money exchanges for gift cards. Once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Jewelry

Please note that all jewelry purchases are considered final. We strive to ensure that each piece of jewelry meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, due to the intimate nature of jewelry and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not covered by BlissFull Experiences Boutique. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Timeline

All returns shipped to us will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the package is received and deemed refundable. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Exclusions

Please note that custom size orders, personalized items, gift cards, and other specified items are exempt from being returned.
