Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after placement. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to seven (7) business days. Orders are sent Monday to Friday, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery time depends on factors, primarily your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence with the carrier. 

Free Shipping Disclaimer

While we strive to provide free shipping on orders over $100. It’s important to note that shipping costs may vary. Some regions may have shipping fees associated with the delivery of your order. 

During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, and worldwide shipments may encounter unexpected customs delays, potentially extending the overall delivery time frame.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will email you within three (3) business days for verification. Failure to respond within this period allows us to cancel your order.

To rectify an error in your shipping details, email us at blissfullexperiences@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At BlissFull Experiences Boutique, we recognize the importance of timely delivery. However, external factors may cause delays, such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We'll notify you promptly of any issues affecting your order.

Please note that we're not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Nevertheless, we'll strive to keep you updated on your order's status and assist in resolving issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, contact us at blissfullexperiences@gmail.com. Once handed to our courier partners, the package is beyond our control. We'll assist you in filing a claim with the courier company, and while we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we'll provide support.

If the package remains undelivered, filing a police report is recommended.
